you be the judge. do you think they still look alike? as their mom, i for sure do. you also have to take into consideration that adeline had 2 pounds on amelia, even at this age. for those who have seen amelia lately & may think that she's a big baby...just imagine then how chunky addy was! hilarious.

here are amelia pictures between 4 1/2 & 5 months...really, add 2 pounds onto millie, mostly in the face. i think there is a strong resemblence. only time will tell! notice how addy couldn't hold her head up very well...all due to her enormous noggin. poor girl. at least she's grown into it now :o)
i just wanted to put this one in here to let everyone see addy's rolls at 4 1/2 months. amazing. this was all breastmilk, as well. i gained about 50 pounds with her & then lost 45 within the first 4 months (then it took another 8 months to lose that last 5...hhm).
wes had to work today, boo hoo. it was fun to have a snow day yesterday with the family. this morning millie is picking a picky eater & it's driving me crazy! she will only take a few ounces at a time & then will wiggle all over the place trying to get the bottle out of her mouth. i don't like to compare the two girls, but, i will anyway right now! adeline was the best eater as a baby (& now for the most part). every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, she was starving hungry & would nurse for at least 20 minutes. every time, sick or not. there was no question about 'how long did she nurse?' b/c you already knew the answer. but not millie. ugh, she will squirm & spit up & cry & flail about just trying to get 2 ounces into her every 3 or 4 ounces. then suddenly she will take 8 ounces in a matter of 15 minutes...we just never know what to expect with her. during her growth spurt a few weeks ago, she would take 7 ounces every 4 hours & that is the most predictable she's ever been.
i just have to say that breastfeeding her would be a nightmare! well, it was for the short while i was breastfeeding her, so...anyway. whatever it was that she reacted so negatively to in my breastmilk, it saved a lot of misery for her & i.
oh yes. holy cow.
