not so funny

oatmeal situation just went from annoyingly humorous to pissy mama due to the large amount of wet oatmeal in the sink, toilet, bathroom floor, & also the living room floor & on the couch. dear daughter adeline could have time out for the rest of her life. & apparently this all happened while i was in the shower so most of the oatmeal that was once wet is now dry & caked on the couch....did i mention under a blanket? so little miss adeline knows she was naughty & covered it up. DOI. how to kids know to destroy things? AND why? i'm beginning to wonder if she thinks i look funny when angry & trying not to boil over in the anger/yelling mode, so she will do things to invoke this funny trying not to be angry look. who knows. all i know is that this mama is not finding it funny anymore & adeline is doomed to time out...until...her 18th birthday.
