later today, after we return from my grandma's birthday party, i plan to do a birthday post & letter to addy. until then (or maybe that will take a week to complete?) here is the fun from yesterday.

the strawberry birthday cake she's wanted soooo badly. (& i made it! & a dozen or two cupcakes for thursday's school birthday party. i don't want to see gluten free cake batter & icing for another year or so).

i love this picture not just b/c of the two silly kids in the middle but b/c of all the adult legs surrounding them. i dunno, just cute to me.

for hoping & planning a *small* birthday party this year, somehow a not so small one occured. but it was fun! adeline loved it. i think everyone enjoyed it, actually.
